Deposit Policy

Appointment Deposit & Cancellation Policy

At Aesthetically Alluring, each appointment time is reserved especially for you. To help us provide timely care and reduce last-minute cancellations, we require a deposit for all patients and select services.

 

Deposit Details

  • The deposit is applied toward your treatment on the day of your visit.

  • The deposit is not an additional fee; it simply secures your appointment time.

 

Cancellations & Rescheduling

We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule:

  • Changes made 24+ hours before your appointment:
    Your deposit may be transferred one time to a new date and time.

  • Cancellations, reschedules within 24 hours, or no-shows:
    The deposit will be forfeited as a cancellation fee to compensate for the reserved provider time.

 

Payment Security

All deposits are processed through our secure, encrypted payment system. For your privacy, our team does not see or store your full card details.
